The primary objective of this project is to design a user-friendly Influencer Digital Marketing Platform that caters to the needs of both brands and influencers, facilitating efficient communication, collaboration, and campaign management.

The Problems
Background
In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, brands often struggle to find suitable influencers for their campaigns, while influencers face challenges in connecting with relevant brands and managing collaboration details effectively. There is a need for an intuitive and efficient platform that bridges this gap, facilitating seamless communication, collaboration, and campaign management between brands and influencers.
Solutions
Our platform addresses these challenges by providing robust search and discovery functionalities. Brands will be able to filter influencers based on criteria such as niche, audience demographics, engagement rates, geographic location, and past collaboration history. Additionally, AI-driven recommendation algorithms will suggest potential influencers based on campaign objectives and target audience. To tackle the lack of transparency in campaign management, the platform will offer a comprehensive campaign management dashboard. Brands can create, manage, and track influencer marketing campaigns, setting campaign objectives, defining deliverables, establishing timelines, allocating budgets, and tracking performance metrics in real-time. Insufficient insights and analytics will be addressed by integrating analytics and reporting tools into the platform. Brands can track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). A feedback system builds trust, and user-centric design principles ensure an intuitive experience.

Trust Issue Related to the timeline of campaign and payment. Sometimes the timeline’s delayed by other KOL in same campaign and it’ll affect the payment date. Related to collaboration with brand, if it's manual, they will feel more personal so they can get to know the brand more specifically

The absence of a centralized, streamlined platform results in inefficiencies, miscommunications, and an overall lack of trust between brands and influencers.

As we transitioned into the second phase, we strategically shifted our focus, refining the platform to prioritize the endorsement feature. By reducing the Vybes Link component, we concentrated our efforts on enhancing the core endorsement experience—making it more intuitive, impactful, and results-driven.

In the initial phase of our platform, we sought to create a versatile space that combined the power of endorsement campaigns with the flexibility of Vybes Links. By integrating features like Linktree-style links, customizable link pages, and brand portfolios, we provided influencers and brands with a robust toolkit to manage their online presence and drive campaign success.

The idea is to elevate the brand dashboard by focusing on three core areas: refining the influencer listing process with smarter search and AI-driven recommendations, streamlining campaign management with intuitive tools for creation and real-time tracking, and enhancing performance reporting by offering customizable, actionable insights that empower brands to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

The goal of this usability testing was to assess the usability of the endorsement campaign feature in 1) the influencer interface. We aimed to understand how easily influencers can navigate the platform, create and manage campaigns, and access relevant performance data. and 2) in the brand dashboard interface. We aimed to understand how easily brands can navigate the platform, create and manage campaigns, and access relevant performance data. The insights gained will guide future design improvements to enhance the user experience.

In the first period (15-22 Dec), 18 out of 30 beta users who used Vybes.id to curate their contents, and only 9 users among them who give their insight/report of their uploaded contents.
We test them in 4th period.

Conclusion
We conducted usability testing during the initial MVP stage of this platform. After receiving valuable feedback and insights, we continue to improve the platform.
